President
Marian founded MHM Advisory Services LLC (MHM) in 2021 after a 23-year career with the general management consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton, later spun out as Booz & Company, then acquired and rebranded by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as Strategy&. As a former leader of PwC Strategy&’s automotive and industrial manufacturing practice in the US, Marian’s experience spans North America, Europe, & Asia.
Marian’s career has forged his expertise in strategic planning, acquisitive growth strategies (from target identification and commercial due diligence to post merger integration), organic growth strategies (focused on marketing, sales, go-to-market channel, and asset financing functions), and portfolio strategy for automotive and industrial clients and related financial investors.
Marian received his MBA from Columbia Business School, and his Diploma (master’s degree) in Mechanical Engineering & Management (Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur) from the Technical University of Darmstadt in his native Germany.
When he is not advising his clients or spending time with his family, Marian enjoys kiteboarding, squash, and field hockey, where he represents Team USA in international Masters tournaments.
